WHAT IS NUBINGO?
NuBingo completely transforms the classic bingo game, turning it into a thrilling event filled with singing, dancing, and excitement—all while supporting your fundraising efforts or event vision.
Think Music Bingo powered by a concert feeling with non-stop energy and a splash of piano bar fun! With a few skits mixed in... Now we use the best songs of all time instead of numbers to play the game.
Oh yeah – and you raise a bunch of money as well. This is a night that you and your guests will talk about for a long time to come!
NuBingo is perfect for any fundraising event or a fun night for team building! We have also performed at many Corporate Conventions and Holiday Events, and we even have a NEW Bridal Shower Version.
The emphasis should be on
getting people to attend and we
will make sure they have an
incredible experience.
No need to have raffles or silent auction items as you should easily be able to make up that money selling extra bingo cards and our interactive 50/50 contest using our MardiGras Beads as tickets!
We ask you to provide two prizes:
one for each Bingo Game Winner at
your event. Some examples may include Amazon Gift cards, Local Restaurant Gift Cards, Sporting Event Tickets, etc.
In addition to the two larger prizes,
we will need 20 mini prizes. These don't need to be as complex, $2 scratch tickets would work great for example!
We will provide you with a social media package for marketing as it is important to name your event NuBingo to help your sales.

IMPORTANT INFO
Be On Time!
In order to have adequate time for some dancing at the end, we would urge you to encourage your guests to arrive on time for the most fun ! More often than not with larger groups of 180 or more, we tend to run out of time for the “dance party ending”. Therefore, it may be in your best interest to consider extending your event by 30 minutes or an hour for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: If your guest count goes over 300 people, additional fees may be added due to printing costs and other staff that may be required as it becomes more difficult for our talent to perform and interact with that many guests.
Social Media
To promote your NuBingo event on social media, utilize our well-known logo along with engaging videos and images to generate excitement. Avoid referring to it as "MUSIC BINGO" to distinguish it from similar events. It's essential to emphasize the NuBingo name and logo to maximize ticket sales by leveraging our substantial following.
Check-In
To ensure smooth event operations, have one volunteer for every 50 guests to assist with check-in and Bingo ticket sales. Set up a check-in table and display prizes to encourage guests to buy extra game cards, which helps raise funds for your group. Attendees typically receive an entry for one or both games with their ticket and can purchase additional cards.
Prizes
You are responsible for providing two prizes for the Bingo Game winners, with all sales from extra cards and 50/50 going to your group. Consider offering two $100 gift cards to local restaurants, which can be split if there are two winners. Focus on attracting attendees and securing better Bingo prizes instead of silent auction or raffle items, as this will help maximize your earnings.
